EXHIBITS

The IECA Annual Conference and Expo features more than 120 exhibitors representing innovative products, services and technologies in the industry, and attendance of 1,450+ attendees.

Make sure your company will be represented on the show floor.

​Standard 10x10 booth includes the following:

• 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rail drape

• One ID sign (company and booth number)

• Company name and profile on the conference microsite, program guide and mobile app.

• Two booth worker registrations per 10x10 space. The booth worker registration is effectively a full conference pass starting after the Expo Hall Opening Reception. It includes meals during expo hours and education sessions in non-prime seating for Tuesday & Wednesday only. It does not include the events on Monday including the education sessions,  Keynote Breakfast or Awards Luncheon sessions and meals - as it is they occur at the same time as setup. Ticketed sessions can be added on by separate purchase.

• Up to five additional booth worker registrations at $300 per registration.

• Attendee pre-registration list sent after the early bird deadline.

• Final attendee registration list is available during and post-conference through the mobile app only.

MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT

  • The exhibitor/sponsor company must be an active IECA organizational member at the time of booking to receive the member pricing rate. Individual memberships are not applicable to receive the special discounted rate.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Purchases prior to June 30, 2026 require 50% deposit within 10 working days. Full payment is due by June 30, 2026. If full payment is not received the exhibit booth will be canceled and any funds paid to IECA will be retained by IECA without option for refund. There are no exceptions.

  • Purchases after June 30, 2026 require full payment within 10 working days. If payment is not received for exhibit booths purchased within 10 working days of purchase, the exhibit booth will be cancelled and any funds paid to IECA will be retained by IECA without option for refund. There are no exceptions.​

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to mark@ieca.org.

  • Cancellations prior to June 30, 2026 will entitle the exhibitor/sponsor to a 50% refund off total purchase. There are no exceptions.

  • No option for refunds for cancellation on or after June 30, 2026. All funds paid will be retained by IECA. There are no exceptions.

PRINT DEADLINES

  • Purchases after January 1, 2026 are not guaranteed to be included in the printed program or signage due to required print deadlines. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute purchases when possible. If you have questions, please reach out to mark@ieca.org.
